CONSERVATIVE FUND
Fund Profile: Conservative
A diversified portfolio, with an emphasis on fixed interest investments and less exposure to volatile growth assets, such as shares and property.
This Fund can be suitable as a base fund for an investor with a conservative risk profile.
BALANCED FUND
Fund Profile: Balanced
The Balanced Fund invests in a diversified portfolio with a balance between income and growth assets.
This Fund can be suitable as a base fund for an investor with a balanced risk profile.
GROWTH FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
The Growth Fund is made up of a diversified portfolio with an emphasis on growth assets, such as shares and property.
This Fund can be suitable as a base fund for an investor with a growth risk profile.

FIXED INTEREST FUND
Fund Profile: Conservative
The Fixed Interest Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of income assets such as cash, term deposits and securities issued by corporate and government entities and derivative investments.
The Fund aims to pay bi-annual income to investors.
NZ EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
The NZ Equity Fund is made up of a diversified range of New Zealand shares, predominantly companies within the NZX 50 Index. The Fund can also invest in smaller companies listed on the NZX Main Board as well as unlisted companies.
AUSTRALIAN EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
A diversified portfolio of Australian shares, predominantly listed on the ASX 200 Index, but the fund can also hold smaller companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or unlisted companies.
INTERNATIONAL EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
The International Equity Fund invests in a range of investments to achieve a diversified spread across international equities. Investments can include listed company shares, country or sector shares, Exchange Traded Funds and derivatives (such as Total Return Swaps, futures and options).

INCOME FUND
Fund Profile: Conservative
The Income Fund can invest in a range of income producing assets including cash, term deposits, fixed interest securities, listed property, infrastructure, utility securities and derivatives.
The aim of the Fund is to provide a consistent income with low levels of volatility.
The Fund aims to pay income quarterly.
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT FUND
Fund Profile: Balanced - Growth
Investments in the Socially Responsible Investment Fund are carefully selected through our stringent screening process.
The Fund seeks a balance between financial and socially responsible performance.
It aims to deliver investment returns above the Fund’s benchmark return, whilst keeping investments socially responsible.
ALTUM FUND
Fund Profile: High Growth
The Altum Fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of shares, predominantly listed in New Zealand and Australia.
The Fund will invest in shares the manager believes has a particularly strong outlook or presents attractive opportunities. As a result, the asset allocation and diversification of the portfolio can change considerably over time.

Investing in QuayStreet Funds is easy. You can invest as little as $100 per month or $1,000 as a lump sum.
New to investing?
You can use one Diversified Fund (such as the Balanced or Growth Fund) or a combination of Funds, as the cornerstone of your portfolio.
This can provide investors with a well-diversified base, suited to your individual appetite for risk (risk profile).
Investor with an established portfolio?
You can use the Funds to gain exposure to a specific asset class, such as International equities, Australasian equities or Fixed income, to complement an established portfolio.

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR RETURNS BY MINIMISING YOUR TAX
All QuayStreet Funds are registered as a Portfolio Investment Entities (PIEs).
This means that the amount of tax you pay is based on your Prescribed Investor Rate (PIR), with a maximum rate of 28%.
For example if your income tax rate is 30% or 33% you will pay tax at 28% on any income earned within the PIE (fund).
If you are on a lower income tax rate, your PIR is either 10.5% or 17.5%.
FEES AND CHARGES
There are fees associated with all types of investments and these are an important consideration when deciding where to invest.
