Fund Profile: Conservative
A diversified portfolio with an emphasis on fixed interest investments.
The Conservative Fund can be suitable to create a diversified base for an investor with a conservative appetite for risk.

BALANCED FUND
Fund Profile: Balanced
The Balanced Fund invests in a diversified portfolio with a balanced blend of investments for income and growth.
This Fund can be suitable as a base fund for an investor seeking moderate capital growth or moderate volatility in returns.

GROWTH FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
The Growth Fund invests in a diversified portfolio with a higher weighting to growth investments.
The Fund can be suitable as a base portfolio for an investor seeking capital growth over a longer timeframe.

FIXED INTEREST FUND
Fund Profile: Conservative
An actively managed and diversified fixed interest portfolio.
The Fund aims to make quarterly distributions.

NZ EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
An actively managed Fund invested in a range of New Zealand companies. The Fund invests in a portfolio of shares from the New Zealand market, targeting returns above the long term performance of the New Zealand sharemarket.

AUSTRALIAN EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
An actively managed Fund invested in a range of Australian companies. The Fund invests in a portfolio of shares from the Australian market, targeting returns above the long term performance of the Australian sharemarket.

INTERNATIONAL EQUITY FUND
Fund Profile: Growth
The International Equity Fund is an actively managed Fund, made up of a broad range of investments offering exposure to international markets. The Fund invests in a portfolio of shares from the international market, diversifying investors away from the New Zealand dollar.

INCOME FUND
Fund Profile: Conservative
An actively managed Fund designed to deliver regular income. The Income Fund can be a flexible alternative to a bank term deposit. The Fund will invest in a diversified portfolio with an emphasis on income producing assets such as New Zealand and international fixed interest investments and derivatives. The Fund may include an allocation to growth assets such as listed property, and equity securities.
The Fund aims to make quarterly distributions.

SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT FUND
Fund Profile: Balanced - Growth
The Socially Responsible Investment Fund is one of New Zealand’s longest running socially responsible retail funds.
The guiding philosophy of the QuayStreet Socially Responsible Investment Fund is to endeavour to have a diversified portfolio of investments that are considered to be environmentally and socially sustainable, whilst still applying our traditional portfolio investment criteria.

ALTUM FUND
Fund Profile: High Growth
A high conviction Speciality Fund with the aim to deliver a highly concentrated portfolio of equities.
The Fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of Australasian shares that can also include international shares, cash, fixed interest investments and derivatives.

Investing in QuayStreet Funds is easy. You can invest as little as $100 per month or $1,000 as a lump sum.
New to investing?
You can use one Diversified Fund (such as the Balanced or Growth Fund) or a combination of Funds, as the cornerstone of your portfolio.
This can provide investors with a well-diversified base, suited to your individual appetite for risk (risk profile).
Investor with an established portfolio?
You can use the Funds to gain exposure to a specific asset class, such as International equities, Australasian equities or Fixed income, to complement an established portfolio.

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR RETURNS BY MINIMISING YOUR TAX
All QuayStreet Funds are registered as a Portfolio Investment Entities (PIEs).
This means that the amount of tax you pay is based on your Prescribed Investor Rate (PIR), with a maximum rate of 28%.
For example if your income tax rate is 30% or 33% you will pay tax at 28% on any income earned within the PIE (fund).
If you are on a lower income tax rate, your PIR is either 10.5% or 17.5%.
FEES AND CHARGES
There are fees associated with all types of investments and these are an important consideration when deciding where to invest.
